Role Summary

Your responsibilities as an AI Management Consultant includes leading and managing AI led digital transformation engagements from initiation to completion, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver innovative solutions. Additionally, you are required to stay up to date on AI trends and best practices, sharing knowledge with the team to foster continuous learning and improvement. This role requires understanding of the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) or Manufacturing industry and an ability to translate business needs into actionable AI-led digital transformation strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and identify opportunities for leveraging AI and advanced analytics to drive value and competitive advantage.
  • Facilitate communication between business units and technology teams, acting as a liaison to ensure that technology solutions meet business needs.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure that systems and changes are user-friendly, robust, and meet pre-defined requirements.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to users on new and existing systems.
  • Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the CPG industry to drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay up to date on AI trends, technologies, and best practices, and share knowledge with the team to foster continuous learning and improvement.
  • Support business development efforts by participating in client meetings, preparing proposals, and contributing to the development of new service offerings.
  • Oversee various client programs in the areas of Advanced analytics, automation, process mining, digital transformation, data governance/quality, and business model transformation while ensuring successful delivery of projects on time and within budget, while exceeding client expectations.

Qualifications

  • Current or recent graduate from a top-tier business school, with a focus on analytics or related fields
  • Background in engineering, computer science or mathematics with strong understanding of AI/ML concepts
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst within the CPG industry
  • Strong understanding of Sales, Order Management, Finance, and Customer Service processes
  • Experience with ERP systems and CRM platforms, particularly those that support Sales and Customer Service functions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to translate business requirements into technical solutions
